Kate & MJ are awesome people, man. While being fun & loud during the prep of the day, tears from MJ couldn’t stop flowing during the Ceremony. Then back to the fun and loud reception events. I crashed my drone that day. The venue staff was amazing, went up & collected my drone on the roof for me! Truly the best people to around, all around. Luckily, there was very minor damage to it and I used it to shoot all the weddings for the rest of 2022!

The venue is just out of this world. The golf course is sitting right on the edge of this beautiful lake, with all this lush greenery and rolling hills. It’s like the perfect mix of nature and class, and it makes my job as a videographer a total breeze.

One of my favorite things about Lake Arrowhead is the location. It’s nestled in this picturesque area of Wisconsin, surrounded by all this natural beauty. It made for the perfect background for the wedding we shot there. During the ceremony, we were able to get some truly killer shots of the couple surrounded by nature. It’s a unique feature that sets this venue apart, for real.

Now, don’t get me wrong, no venue is perfect and we did run into a few challenges at Lake Arrowhead. The lighting can be a bit tricky, around the time speeches would start, pending the time of year too, the windows can be a bit bright. Be sure to have the staff close the blinds! It’ll look so much nicer, they are a shade of blue and is a perfect color to have behind the speaker.

All in all, I can’t recommend Lake Arrowhead Golf Course enough, my friends. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s beautiful, well-run, and surrounded by natural beauty, this is the place for you. And if you’re a videographer like me, it’s a total dream. I can’t wait to shoot there again in the future!
