Hey there, wedding enthusiasts! Dolister Films here, ready to take you on a relaxing journey through Nicole & Ken’s ultimate cozy wedding, where love conquered the chill of a February frost.
The coldest time of the year, and our brave couple decides to tie the knot? Nothing says Wisconsin like embracing the elements, right? Luckily, just as the snow had melted, the temperature warmed up just enough for us to brave the outdoors and scoop up some stunning pictures.
Short Film of Nicole & Ken’s Chilly Day @ The Gage
The Gage was fronted by warm elements that welcomed guests with open arms despite the cold. These cozy touches not only made for some incredible photo ops but also thawed our frozen hearts with their hospitality.
What the definition of teamwork? Noah Sharon Photography and I. We’re unstoppable after conquering so many weddings together, effortlessly capturing every moment of this love-filled day. With us behind the lens, Nicole & Ken’s story came to life in vivid detail.
And then came the speeches. They provided more context to Nicole & Ken’s relationship than I’ve ever seen with any other couple. It was like peeling back the layers of their love story, revealing the heartwarming journey that brought them to this moment. Their vows were written like something straight out a Disney movie.
The Night That Warmed Us All Up
But the real tearjerker? It happened during the first dances. As Nicole shared a touching moment with her dad, we thought that was the emotional peak of the night. Little did we know, her dance with her mother would leave not a dry eye in the house. It was a testament to the power of family and love.
Following that, our DJ for the night, Double Platinum, knew exactly how to keep the party going. From country hits to pop and even a sprinkle of rap, they had it all. And let’s not forget the couple’s favorites β Luke Combs, Luke Bryan, and 5SOS were on heavy rotation, keeping the dance floor packed and the energy high. His communication really kept all of the vendors together and made sure everything was A1. Iβd recommend him to literally any couple.
My Personal Favorite…
But my personal highlight? It was when Nicole & Ken stole away upstairs after the sparkler exit. As they shared a private last dance to “Songbird (Acoustic)” by John Adams, it was like time stood still. In that moment, surrounded by love and the soft glow of the night, their connection was palpable.
So there you have it β Nicole & Ken’s Wisconsin winter wonderland wedding, a tale of love conquering even the chilliest of temperatures. Until next time, keep spreading love and warmth wherever you go!
